Shipping rates

We ship across Lebanon, the GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman), plus Jordan and Egypt. Pricing is flat and transparent.

Order processing

Orders placed before 2pm Beirut timeship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when we hand your parcel to the courier, with a tracking link.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. To be eligible:

• The Damma must be unused and in original packaging
• You must request the return within 30 days of delivery
• Customer covers return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged

How to return

Three steps:

1. Email us via the Contact form with subject "Return" and your order number
2. We'll reply within 24h with the return address and instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5 business days to the original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders)

Damaged or defective items

If your Damma arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it free. Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll ship a replacement immediately — no need to send the original back.

Final sale items

None right now — every item in our catalogue is eligible for return. If we ever run a final sale collection, we'll mark it clearly on the product page.
